Delivery & Refunds 

  • We currently deliver only to Mainland UK currently.

  • All Delivery costs will be displayed when you check out.

  • All orders will be despatched within 2- 3 business working days and are fully tracked.

Returns/ Refunds


The right to change your mind.

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, we will require the product to be  returned  to the returns address below and must be unopened in its original packaging for the full refund to be processed.

Faulty Items

Please send us a description of the faulty item  along with your order number and a photo of the damaged./ faulty item.

Return/ Refund Procedure :

You must inform us within 14 days of receiving our products in order so we can process a return / exchange or refund for you.

Please  email with your order number and the reason why you would like a refund.  if the item is faulty we can oder a replacement or an alternative option and or a refund,

Once you have notified us in writing you are sending the product back, please ensure your order number is enclosed with the item.

Due to being a small business we are not able to pay for the returns currently.

Refunds we will not be able to accept.

If you are not happy with the wax scent we have sent you,  unfortunately we are unable to refund items that have been opened and used or part used.

I will be introducing sample pots shortly and would reccomend to purchase the sample or deli pots in the first instance.
